- The quote timestamp, so staleness is visible rather than assumed.
- A setup score where the software produces one.
- A consistent format, so the message can be parsed quickly without re-reading.
Consistency matters more than completeness. A predictable layout can be scanned in seconds; an inconsistent one has to be read.
What the channel does not guarantee
Delivery. Messages depend on the platform, its infrastructure, and your connectivity. They can be delayed, duplicated, or fail to arrive. No messaging platform offers a delivery guarantee, and any service claiming one is overstating what it controls.

Signals worth checking in any alert channel
- Are quote timestamps included, so staleness is visible?
- Is the format consistent between messages?
- Are losing or invalidated setups visible in the history, or only winners?
- Are risk disclosures present rather than implied?
- Is the output identical for every subscriber, or presented as tailored to you?
That last one carries the most weight. Impersonal, identical output is a fundamentally different thing from personalized recommendation, and the distinction is both a compliance matter and a practical one.
