Information collected
OptionsNow collects your email address, authentication records, age and U.S.-location attestations, consent timestamps and document versions, IP address, browser user agent, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, Telegram user identifier and username, channel membership, and limited security, webhook, and email-delivery records.
Payment information
Stripe processes payment-card and billing information. OptionsNow does not receive or store full card numbers. Stripe may provide billing status, address, payment method type, and transaction identifiers.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts, document consent, process subscriptions, send transactional receipts, grant or revoke Telegram access, protect the service, investigate failures and disputes, enforce policies, and comply with law.
Service providers
OptionsNow uses Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, Resend, Telegram, Tradier, and infrastructure providers. They process information under their own terms and privacy policies. OptionsNow does not sell personal information or use it for personalized alert recommendations.
Retention
Consent, subscription, billing-reference, alert-delivery, and dispute records may be retained for up to seven years after the relevant relationship ends, or longer when reasonably required by law. Short-lived Telegram tokens expire automatically and are stored only in hashed form.
Security
OptionsNow uses access controls, server-only credentials, row-level database security, and encrypted service providers. No online system is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Choices and requests
You may cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal and may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing support@optionsnow.ai. Some records may be retained for contracts, billing, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal compliance.
Children and geography
The service is not offered to anyone under 18 or to people outside the United States. OptionsNow does not knowingly collect information from children.
