Cancel anytime
You may cancel online through the Stripe Customer Portal available from your OptionsNow account. You do not need to contact support to cancel.
Effect of cancellation
Unless law requires otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Access continues through that paid period and then ends automatically. Cancellation does not create a prorated refund.
Limited refunds
Fees are generally nonrefundable. OptionsNow will consider refunds required by applicable law and verified duplicate or erroneous charges. Approved full refunds may result in immediate subscription cancellation and removal of Telegram access.
Payment failures
Telegram access may be removed after a failed or unpaid renewal and restored after Stripe confirms successful payment recovery.
Requests
Send billing-error or refund requests to support@optionsnow.ai with the account email and charge date. Do not send card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials.
