Agreement and eligibility
By affirmatively accepting these Terms, you enter an agreement with OptionsNow. You must be at least 18 years old, be located in the United States, have legal capacity to agree, and provide accurate account information.
Service
OptionsNow provides automated, general, and impersonal market-monitoring information concerning 0DTE options. It does not operate a brokerage, place orders, manage money, provide individualized recommendations, or consider any subscriber’s finances, objectives, experience, losses, or risk tolerance.
Subscription and incorporated policies
The Subscription Terms, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Risk Disclosure, Privacy Policy, and Electronic Communications Consent are incorporated into these Terms. The launch plan costs $199 USD each month, has no trial, and renews automatically until canceled.
Conflicts
OptionsNow’s owner or affiliates may hold or trade an alerted security or option before, during, or after an alert. Subscriber alerts are generated from the same automated process for all subscribers and are not personalized. OptionsNow currently receives no compensation from an issuer, broker, exchange, data provider, or affiliate for featuring an alerted instrument. This disclosure will be updated before any such arrangement begins.
Permitted use
Access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, copy, publish, scrape, resell, redistribute, or use alerts to operate another service. You may not abuse invite links, interfere with the service, or attempt to bypass access controls.
No advice or fiduciary relationship
All content is informational scanner output. Nothing on the website, in email, or on Telegram is personalized investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. No fiduciary, advisory, broker-client, or professional relationship is created. You independently decide whether, when, and how to trade and are responsible for position sizing and risk.
Availability and third parties
The service depends on Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, Resend, Telegram, Tradier, internet connectivity, market-data systems, and other third parties. Alerts may be late, duplicated, incomplete, incorrect, or unavailable, and delivery is never guaranteed.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, profitability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OptionsNow is not liable for trading losses, lost opportunities, indirect or consequential damages, third-party failures, or reliance on any alert. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Suspension and changes
OptionsNow may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, misuse, security threats, or violation of these Terms. Material legal changes apply prospectively and will be posted with a new version and effective date.
Disputes
These Terms are governed by Kentucky law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties intend to resolve disputes through individual arbitration, with an appropriate small-claims exception and no class proceedings, to the extent enforceable. This provision is subject to final review by qualified counsel.
